Bravery in Business Quote:

“The best part of my career is pushing people out of their comfort zones. I love, love, love to see it click with the people I’m guiding – I see them stepping out of their comfort zone, doing something that probably scares them and then be successful with it as a guide, for example. You’re literally watching someone expand and grow and that’s such an amazing thing to see!”

Habit for Success?

“I work on my ‘mental exposure’ as often as possible to train and prepare for my life climbing up or skiing down the mountains.” (Translation: Hilaree practices being “exposed” on the mountain by climbing and skiing with ropes and rappelling, etc. in-between expeditions to keep her mental edge sharp.)
